Five Points South is continually changing. Some of the past uses of these two spaces in this building over 30 years have included Gorin’s Ice Cream, The Workout exercise studio, Socca Clothing, Worldwinds mercantile, Fuego’s mexican cantina, The Grape wine bar, La Mesa tapas, Architects Institute of America, Simonton’s jewelry and antiques/design studio, Moody & Associates Interior Design, The Side Show art gallery, Mannequins modeling agency, and the tower was originally occupied by a bank.
Since the addition of the patio, the larger space (2129 sf) is better suited to a fast casual restaurant that can utilize the patio year round with an open firepit in the center. Combined (2129sf + 1729sf) the two spaces together can be a larger restaurant with two patio seating areas.
