Note that the larger space includes the larger patio which seats 75+ and has an outdoor fire pit, overhead lighting, and landscaping around circle. The smaller space includes an outdoor seating area for approx 25 (not accurately shown on the tenant lease plan below.)  Please also note that there are other schematics available in addition to these which basically show how the space could be arranged for a large restaurant utilizing both spaces, or a fast casual, self-serve restaurant, utilizing one space.  All schematics were created by the building owner, a retired designer.
